Forest Glade Fireplaces

My parents went to Forest Glade Fireplaces and we have purchased 3 fireplaces in 2 different homes from them. Always excellent service. The guys that installed our last fireplace did an excellent job, cleaned up after themselves and even cleaned the fireplace they installed 12 years ago. We had problems with our remote and they fixed it right away. I will only ever buy a fireplace from them.

Forest Glade Fireplace has been my go to place for Fireplaces and BBQ’s for nearly 25 years. Forest Glade has supplied and installed fireplaces in the three homes that I have built over the years with two installed in my latest home. I am enjoying my new fireplaces as well as my Napoleon Barbecue. Tom and Susie and their staff have been wonderful to work with. Their friendly and considerate sales approach coupled with their efficient installation expertise makes the experience a pleasure.

Had problems with my fireplace and Forest Glade couldn’t fix it. They tried twice with same results on not working properly. I called in a HVAC company who knew what the problem was and fixed it. Working great now. Will never use FG Fireplaces again. They got too big and that now shows in their service.
