Extremely bad experience!! 4 months after placing the order had to final cancel it. Very unprofessional behavior and worst customer service ever faced. There was no update from their end on the delays and even after following up and requesting several times they did not escalate and kept pushing it. Not recommended at all, be aware potential buyers.

Bought a couch from them a few months ago and was told it would be here by Christmas and has not yet arrived and havent heard a word from them. Now they are closed due to covid and we cant get ahold of the place and there inbox is now full. We have no idea what is happening with the couch that we put a down payment on and was guaranteed to have by Christmas we even told the guy if it wont be here by Christmas we dont want it.

arif was very prompt and arranged delivery on time.great price,great service.have bought a few things here and you cant beat the service and price..arif always goes out of his way to satisfy the customer

Buyer Beware

Custom furniture promised for delivery in five weeks. It's TEN weeks and no furniture. No customer service - calls unanswered, staff passing the buck, nobody having answers. Never ONCE did they contact me to notify of any delay or provide updates. Chased them constantly, showed up at the store in person demanding an explanation. Today I had a screaming meltdown when final guaranteed delivery date was not met. Buying here turned me into a manic. Save yourself...go elsewhere.

The worst custome...

The worst customer service. I ordered two chairs two weeks ago ,i was told it will take two days and I AMD still waiting for them, Always excuses. I will never go back there and I recommend everyone to never shop at that store.
