The exterior of the car through out had greasy finger prints and when I arrived home the inside of the interior had dirty boot prints through out the car and dirt all over the carpet. The team tinting the car also damaged by rear leather seats. By clearly putting tons of weight with their knees pressing down on the seats leaving dents and now lose leather on the back seats.
Amazing service! I've had three cars tinted and can say that the work Protint completed was by far the best. I work in the car industry and would recommend this location to anyone for any vehicle. From booking over the phone to completing the work quickly and effectively they were flawless. 5/5
If you want zero communication and a tint job that doesn't look like a tint job feel free to come here. Ya it was fast but i got some tint on the front windows of my truck that don't even look like they're tinted. Make sure before you go here, ask and tell him what you want.
I'm sorry you feel that way "joshhhh". It was clearly explained when your truck was brought in that we have limits for the 2 front windows and were shown the darkest film we can install on the two front doors . The shade we installed was that which was approved for the job and what is "considered" the darkest legal tint for front windows by the window film industry (Window Film Manufacturers, Distributors and responsible window film installers) and every police officer I've personally talked to about the issue. I'm sorry I can't make you happy with limo tint on your front doors. I've been in business for over 30 years now and intend to be in business for many years to come without any of my customers or my business having legal problems from our work. We are not a fly by night company.
Writing a vindictive review simply because we could not tint your front windows as dark as you wanted will not make them limo tint and hardly seems fair after we reimbursed you, accommodated your schedule and got it done "fast"!

I literally got m...
I literally got my brand new civic si sedan earlier in the week and had it worked on at protint whitby for a tint job on all four windows. Service was MUCH faster than I expected and even though I was crunched for time, they made every effort to finish the job flawlessly. Great honest and goodness of a business and I will use them again without hesitation
Excellent, fast service. They exceeded my expectations for both the tine and hood protector that we got. Great place to have your vehicle worked. Absolutely could not be more happy with the service or the results.
Great fast professional service. Tinted my car in about an hour. Cost a little more than most tint shops but you get what you pay for as cheaper is not always better. Thanks guys I love how my car looks.

My experience wit...
My experience with this company was terrible.
The heavy set young man who helped me was awful. Always talking down to me, yelling at me, plain old RUDE. He mumbles instead of actually pronouncing his words, and gets angry if asked to repeat what was said. I actually saw/heard him yell and swear out the back door at a random gentleman walking through the parking lot. Needles to say I went elsewhere for my needs
I am truly sorry you had a bad experience here at Protint. Can you please
let me know the day that you came and were treated poorly as well as the
incident you witnessed where they were yelling at another person out back as well as a description/name of the individual that you were speaking to. We would certainly like to get to the bottom of this so it does not happen again. We have always tried to conducted ourselves in a professional and courteous manner as we have been servicing over 25 dealerships in the Durham Region area for well over 15 years now. I can assure you this is not Protint's standard way of service.
