I've had nothing but trouble since I put on the 2-step add for photo cheques. It says it sends an email to confirm it's "you" -I get no such email. I called the customer help amd that was a joke. I waited 54 minutes to talk to a fellow who wanted me to change my password - did that - then - he says.. I HAVE NO MORE TIME TO HELP YOU AND HUNG UP!!!!!!!!! I HAVE TO GET INTO MY ACCOUNT!!! I AM NOTNOTNOT going to call that # again. Can someone address this ASAP???
