Solace Tanning Studio

Really poor service. Bad sanitization techniques (none) - I watched a woman "clean" the stand up tan bed, and all she did was replace a towel and stand up a clear card. Also this place didn't ask my daughter for her eye wear. They are stand-offish, snarky and really not great at any customer service. Would never return to this place at all.

This is hands down the dirtiest, filthiest tanning salon I have ever entered. First of all there was a ton of dust near the water cooler - not a big deal. I booked my tan and went back and found a crumpled up towel beside the bed on the floor. That wasn't even the worst of this place - I swear to Allah - there was an actual black hair stuck to the fan in the bed. It was absolutely disgusting. The bed lights were old and broken - because one light stayed on well after the tan was over.

BEST DOWNTOWN SALON

Love love love this salon!! I've tried many downtown salons, but Solace is hands down my favourite!! No long waits or having to book appointments!! The beds are amazing and I always see great results. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about the products & services. Although I don't live in the immediate area, it's definately worth the little extra travel time!! :)

Superior Salon

Location is a great find! Other salons are scarce, and the ones that are around are totally disgusting. Salon was clean, friendly, and staff was highly knowledgable on products and services. They take time to explain and answer any questions, and showed me how to use everything. Will definitely be returning often.

Just moved to downtown Toronto and found Solace Tanning and I'm so glad I did! The staff were very nice and welcoming, the salon was clean and had great beds which gave me an awesome tan. Such a comfortable environment and knowing the staff are trained and certified is very comforting too!
