I was absolutely not aware that RCU charges $50 for account being inactive.
I’ve spoken with CEO, who told me that I can do whatever I want, but I won’t get the refund.
I asked her - why $50 and not $150? CEO responded: “ Do you want me to charge you $150? I can”
If CEO behaves and acts this way with absolutely no respect to the client, - what to expect from anyone else within RCU?You never know what charges youll get
