    Flora will ruin your hair

    If i could give zero stars i would, it was that bad of an experience. Flora was nice at first but then things started happening to make me feel otherwise. Some of my foils(highlights) started burning me and she blamed me, then after washing my hair out she asled if i like it and when i didnt respond she freaked out started yelling at me about how it would cost 300$ to get these highlights. I was in a rush so i paid but i called and told her i was unhappy but she offered nothing. Do not go to her
