Apple Store Main Store - Yorkdale Shopping Centre

Never Ever Go to This Location! The last several times I’ve went it’s been horrifying. Made an appt made to stand in the line with 50 people in front of me. No appt people. What’s the point of making an appt. and the were extremely condescending at the door. “ No that’s your line It has your name written all over it!” I’ve got my iMac in for a fix. If they think I’m spending 1800 bucks on a new iMac with that kind of service forget it!!

Should have a place to make appointments.

Gets crowded with people but the staff are friendly and helpful.

They are always lie to their customer !! It's hard for them to explain there product and they don't know how to communicate to their customer

Horrible customer...

Horrible customer service every time I go in. Having to wait 20 minutes to just get the item I came in for?! Will not be returning to this location despite it being the closest one to me.

This Apple Store has all the only best electronics in the world. Good job Apple Inc.!

very busy store

the store is always jam packed. try shopping in the morning if you need to get your computer guy or girl a gift. they have the new Mac book Air for that special someone.
