Wish I could put 0. Very unprofessional. First, they don't update the tracking. Finally get a hold of them. Item should have been delivered long ago. Advise will deliver on Friday, but of course, they say truck broke down and will deliver Monday. Monday morning 9 am, I send text and call...called after 11 asking for a different name. Said delivery between 1 and 4. Show up after 5. Rip in sofa. Bringing sofa back down I tell them to bring box, of course, they take off leaving pieces.?

They don’t monitor phone messages and don’t return calls despite the message saying they will asap.

Awful communication and approach. They delivered on a different day and did not give us a receipt, which we are now trying to get for almost half a year. They often dont pick up the phone and when they do, they just promise to email the receipt, but we still dont have it. They havent replied to my multiple emails either. Stay away from them!
