poor customer service
I had an unpleasant experience with Plaza Kia dealership and I lost my deposit for nothing to exit from a Lease Contract. I am writing to let you know that you should avoid this dealer and if you decide to buy/lease a kia consider other dealers: - Do not trust on verbal agreements, almost means nothing. Like Color of the car, equipment, etc. - Do not believe the price of a service they show you on a piece of paper. they offered me Tire protection for $599+Tax and later in bill of sale it w
