Called and Spoke to Ali regarding a broken screen in my Apple 13" Air Laptop. Very friendly on the phone, he had the part to replace the screen and his price was very reasonable compared to several other quotes i had. He was willing to wait and have me bring it over that evening before he left. He estimated the repair to take 2 days. Repair was completed as he said and wanted me to check it over before i paid him. I had some very sentimental photos on my phone that I was told was broken and beyond repair. When I first called Maple Cell Phone, Ali was fantastic. When others said it was impossible, he retrieved all of my pictures, contacts and videos. He was even going to let me take home a portable hard drive to make sure my photos were safely transferred to my laptop. You need to stop by this store if you have any issues. Even when I was picking up my phone, he was giving free advice to a customer.
