TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

While I enjoy TD and always had great experiences, this branch is the worst bank branch I have ever deal, rude managers, they seem to be inconvenienced by actually doing their job which is help in their clients.

Husband and I went to see someone for a home equity line of credit. Our rep was Khalid, he never made communication with us. We always had to reach out to him to get any answer, spent 6 months dealing with him, he emailed us max 10 times, we reached out to him over 20 and would go weeks without hearing back from him. Do NOT recommend Khalid from Pickering TD

Terribly slow service when looking to open an account. They told me the next appointment was in 13 days.
