My second time getting Amanda and Paul's service, I asked for help buying a 75 inch tv and Paul was extremely helpful with all the questions I had, I truly appreciate how above and beyond Amanda and Paul went for my husband and I. What a wonderful experience, thank you both again!

We would truly like to thank the staff at the Peterborough brick for their outstanding customer service as we had purchased two recliners in January and havent been very happy with them. Tonight we went back into the brick spoke with the manager Derek and his staff and they are replacing our recliners with to new recliners of our choice and delivering them. We bought a Samsung washer from The Brick, Peterborough location, and am very pleased with the whole experience! The salesman, Dave W., went above and beyond to make sure everything went smooth and I would highly recommend him!

I was so please with the service I received when I purchased my new dishwasher that we just purchased a matching washer/dryer. Again, Mary Jo was incredibly helpful and knew exactly the right appliances that would suit my needs with the features I was looking for. Both are front load with large capacity for all our bedding, steam option is great, no more ironing! But my favorite feature is the sanitize option as my husband is a first responder and sanitizing his uniform is a must! Thanks, MaryJo

They are not the way they used to be. Its been years since Ive bought anything here. Last week we put money down on an outdoor patio Sofa. We checked with the lady who was processing our sale and she said Oh yes theres 390 units in stock you can get it next week. We went in today and were told they were out of stock on 2/3rds of the package and back ordered till July on the middle section. This is after we paid. We were very disappointed especially after spending 800.00 on the unit.

Bought a sectiona...

Bought a sectional 3 years ago,started to have issues with the springs. One call to the warranty Centre and they proceeded to start the claim. We go tomorrow to pick out our replacement couch,with full credit tomorrow. Have bought bed sets here and lazy boys as well. Nothing but great service from them. Will be a repeat customer and will get the warranty again as they are great to deal with

Customer Service? Not here.

My husband contacted The Brick Peterborough with a question regarding delivery and the women on the other end stated she would look into his inquiry. He called back after an hour of hearing nothing and the same woman answered and was rude, hurtful and deliberately belittled him. He asked to speak with a manager who answered his questions without issue and stated he would "hold a meeting with staff" to ensure such inappropriate behaviour is not repeated. I would not reccommend this location.
