Purchased these boots on 9th November 2018. Wore them 3 times to walk dog (on side walks, not up a mountain). This is now what they look like. Like they are 20 years old and worn by a professional mountain climber, 24 hours a day. According to Shumaker, the colour loss and flaking of the leather isn’t a defect, which is weird as when I purchased them, no one mentioned this happening to them once they hit the fresh air. Terrible customer service of an obvious issue with the boot.

Bad customer service. Would not refund or exchange a pair of defective shoes at the zkingston store.

well the day I purchased my shoes and wallet it was great. Till I went to return my wallet,they wouldn,t exchange it wouldn,t even give me a store credit towards another purchase, she said it was there policy, so they would rather lose a customer, I planned on going back. but with poor customer service, i meam really give me store credit atleast they would get there money back through another purchase. this is the Barrie store Ontari. only had it a week, won,t be a repeat customer
