Young's Appliance Repair

Where are the negative stars coz zero stars is too much ? Young’s told me they needed three parts to repair my fridge but only had two of them so I’d have to wait for the third part to arrive. (Apparently, this is what they say on a regular basis.) Weeks go by… I checked and the parts were ALL available for next day delivery so I called them. Was sent to them via Whirlpool. They fixed my washer but broke my dryer in the process … and they can/will not give a timeline for its repair. 3 weeks in and now they don’t even return calls.

They came to repair my washer under contract from EnerCare. The first tech decided my machine had extensive issues and needed lots of parts. The tech who came to do the work said the only issue was a rotted out tube. He replaced that and some worn parts and its like new again. Good job.

I have dealt with Youngs for over 20 years. I have always been impressed by the knowledge and competence of the service reps that came. My fridge was not cooling properly 2 weeks ago. Adam came the next day. When Adam was delayed, Paula called to say he would be late. He was defrosted my freezer enabling the fridge to work temporarily. Paula order a part. She called the day it came in and arranged for Curtis to come the next day. Curtis came early. I consider the service most excellent.

I phoned because my fridge was not cooling and I was loosing my food. they sent tech out same day he had part in his van and got my fridge cooling again. I am so happy. I would definitely recommend this company.

they have new management and new owner, had them come and do a few appliance repairs and all I can say is 100% professional I would defiantly recommend them.

Service technician never showed up - called to see where they were no answer no reply. Awful company - and they were contracted out by Whirlpool.

Three days of phone calls to determine status after a technician visit. Promises over and over but no return calls. Left a message for the general manager to call back, nothing. Finally gave up on the forth day. Had someone come in and redo the work of the Young's, but this company gave me the part number. Garbage company..the representatives lie about whether or not a tech.is coming. They pretend You have scheduled a re-book when none was ever even talked about. 2 months later no tech.no repair. Not happy at all..formal complaint with BBB over this shoddy company. Michael m.

Not sure if they want to stay in business, they came once to my home to repair my dishwasher, said they needed to order a part, never called me back. I finally got another company to repair the appliance which they did in 2 days.

Absolutely terrible . I would actually give a minus rating if I could . I have been waiting nearly two months for an oven repair . Twice the technician hasn't shown up and not even an apology or a courtesy call from anyone to say they were not showing up . Would avoid this business !
