Terrible experience, the mattress came to the door and the delivery person says there is a big tear, I looked and can be clearly seen from the plastic covering. I sent it back with them. Called the store, and asked the manager why was not the mattress checked when it arrived from the manufacture or when you guys send it to your customer. To which he replied We do not check! … well no wonder people prefer online shopping such as wayfair, or amazon because who does not quality check honestly!
Saleswomen was great. Delivery men were rude and lazy, do not believe them when they say they will remove old furniture because they find any excuse. Both my husband and I have disabilities and we were left with the old box spring plus the new box spring and mattress up against the wall. They said it was because the box spring had a stain which it did not. Never again will I ever give them business
So our dinning set came today and we were so happy... We opened the boxes and saw so many terrible nikes on the table and the server............................ I cannot evben return it now because they can only exchange it... waited so long for it to have another one shipped and we do not even know its quality. The server looks horrible, damages on both sides. Literally, avoid LEONs
Two months and still waiting for our dining room set. They delivered twice. They did not bring new furniture (chips, stains on chairs, etc.). We call. Once, they had no record of us calling. We called again today twice. We paid for new furniture, we want new furniture; not repacked from another customer. We have never experienced such awful service from any other store in Ottawa or Orleans. Hope to have this situation resolved within the next week.
