    took our ebike to them to have front tire fixed 3 times only to have it go flat again. and they charged us all times to fix it again took it home and went flat nest day again. finally took it to another place and they found a staple in tire that was making tube go flat all the time which durand could not seem to figure out kept saying tube must be defective. like really and customer service was poor more or less told us they knew what they were doing and would'nt listen to our explaination.

    I would like to express my gratitude to Andre/his staff for helping set my father up with a cool set of wheels when he gave up his license. My dads three wheel personal mobility scooter makes him feel young and proud to be seen driving around his town. Andre went as far as sharing the scooter with dad to make sure he knew where all the bells and whistles were. The before and after sales service is second to none. Andre and several staff members stopped at nothing to have my dad satisfied.

    GREAT Customer service - Amazing work

    WOW I can't believe how amazing the people are at this company. They are very personable and very knowledgeable about the products they sell. They care about their customers, so they are honest and don't try to upsell you, hard to find now a days. It does take a few hours to do the work, so I would suggest leaving your vehicle there and come back, but what do you expect if you want the job done right, professionally and good it is going to take time. The prices are fair and reasonable!!!

    Recent visit

    I recently visited Derand to upgrade the audio system in my 2013 Dodge Dart SXT. I knew what I was looking for an open air 8" sub and an amplifier to make it kick. We chatted for a bit and I they recommended I spend $100 more and get a better JL Audio amplifier. On the day of the install my amplifier was on back order so they provided me with a Kicker amplifier for about 2 weeks which to me sounded sloppy and I was feeling a little bit of buyer remorse. When my amplifier arrived I booked the appointment the following day to have it installed in about an hour which pleased me as it showed they respected my time. WOW! What a difference in quality! The bass is now precise and crisp and it's just the right amount of "THUD" I was looking for. Very pleased with the parts ordered, and the installation. I will be returning again to Derand if I need any further upgrades in the future.

    Very poor customer service.

    had my windows tinted and requested that my windows had to be legal in Quebec. I was informed that I would be OK with the tint selected. I was stopped by police officer, my windows were NOT legal. I contacted Derand and employee1 replies: "By law in north America, you are not allowed any tint on the 2 front windows, that is the actual law written. " -both governments (Ontario/Quebec) website state that it is legal. Continued: "When we tint cars we specifically specify that tint is not legal on the 2 fronts but what they tolerant is 35% but most of the people get away with 25%..." why put 35% on mine, knowing I already had a slight factory tint? Employee2: "on the bill it says tint is illegal period, any aftermarket accessories sold by Derand may not be street legal, it is the customers responsibility to determine that", he also stated: "so you’re trying to say if i sell you an aftermarket exhaust and i say its legal and you get a ticket for the exhaust that it’s my fault and i should be paying the ticket? Doesn’t make any sense, no" he's implying he can say whatever he wishes to a customer and then just because the final bill of sale says another thing it's OK. As a costumer I expect them to inform me properly, they claim to be the professionals, not me. When I spoke with the owner he also indicated he was not aware of the laws as he asked why I had removed the tint on both sides of the front windows? I explained that it was the law that both front windows be no less than 30% (as indicated on the government website) he replied with "No it isn't". The owner stated that they installed 35% in the front and with the 15% factory tint it would be bring me in the 19% range, so basically agreeing that they made my vehicle illegal when I explicitly asked to have a legal tint. Their total lack of responsibility and disregard for customer service will not have me coming back.
