My fiancé and I have a joint bank account at this location and I've found the staff to be rather argumentative on a few occasions now. A couple of times my fiancé has tried to deposit my work cheques to our account and the teller has argued him that he can't do that, usually interrupting my fiancé so he has to wait before he can calmly explain that it's a joint bank account. There was a time when we asked to deposit a cheque and the teller insisted we said "withdraw" instead of "deposit." I'm fairly confident we didn't, but either way, the teller wouldn't drop it. When a gym was taking money from our account after we cancelled the membership, it was a headache trying to stop them because of the teller not listening to us (she even brought the wrong forums out for us to sign).
As keep our banking pretty simple, I am not sure how this bank would be for financial advice or investments.
