    The units they offer are well maintained, however management is terrible. Ironically her name is Angel is a nightmare. The comment by Matt23 nails it - doesnt matter if theyre in the wrong, its still your fault. Shes obviously got some frustrations in her life and she takes it out on the tenants. Very unhelpful and rude. Everything is always about her. If they have to call a plumber youll hear about how much it costs and how much youve inconvenienced her and cost her(?) money.

    The team at Avidu...

    The team at Avidus is very responsive to tenants. I am a senior who lives alone and it gives me great security to know they are ready to help with repairs and issues in a timely manner. The best landlord I have had.

    Avoid at all cost...

    Avoid at all costs. I had never heard of them until today when they phoned my house twice. The first time was a wrong number, and that ended the conversation. The second time they demanded to know who owned the number because they had been told it belonged to someone else. Instead of using yellow pages, they called and DEMANDED that I give them my personal information. I refused and later called back to complain about their phone etiquette. I got through to the office of the president, who refused to allow me to explain why I was angry, ran over every attempt I made to let her know that I wasn't upset about the wrong number but rather the implication that they had made that I was somehow in the wrong for owning a phone number and the way they demanded my personal information when they knew it was a wrong number. I was told that they "sincerely hoped they would never have to deal with my housing situation." If this is how they treat legitimate complaint, then I shudder to imagine how they treat people who are reliant on them.

    While we regret that Matt23 feels this way. The issue was that a communications vendor had wrongly provided his phone number to a tenant as their phone number. Our tenants are our customers, and we have to take their word. Once the error was realized we corrected it immediately.
