The biggest purchase mistake I've ever made in my life was buying from this company. A hasty decision that now I am suffering with and my biggest regret. They promised me 3 things as incentives to sign up with them and they did not follow through on any of their promises. They charge double the cost of the market value! You can find other Home Comfort companies who charge half of that! I should have done my research before signing but they deceived me. Also customer service is extremely horrible
