This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We are in the middle of a heat wave with a broken air conditioning unit and booked a service appointment with Green Air. The technician did not show up to the scheduled appointment and I had to call several times to get a hold of them, only for them to say the technician "had a bad day" and skipped the remainder of his appointments (without any heads up). I am then scheduled for the next day where the technicians shows up an hour early
