    I purchased some ...

    I purchased some chairs from this company that did not wear well. Within a day of my reporting the matter to Brian, he contacted the manufacturer and requested that I send a photo of the damaged chairs. I did so and within a very short time received a message that the faulty chairs would be replaced and shipped to me at no cost. Brian was prompt, courteous, professional and accommodating - I was very impressed with his service.

    Very Poor Customer Service

    Cannot recommend this company. We were kept waiting for an order for nearly a year when we were told it would be six weeks. repeated excuses but not real action on their part to resolve the problem. We cancelled when informed of yet another delay and went elsewhere.

    We're very sorry for the poor service you received from Deck & Dock. However that business is closed down and the owner of that business has no connection to us. I am a former manager at Deck & Dock and when they closed I took over the phone number hence the confusion. We are trying very hard to make sure that you will never experience that type of service from my staff. Please check out our facebook pages and our website for more current reviews.
