Their french class teacher don't know how to teach, and she even don't have a schedule. in the class it took her 30 min to repair her computer. when refund, if you pay by credit card, they ask for your CVV number otherwise you need to come in person.

I was very disappointed by their teaching. The teacher came to the first class without any professional preparation and just chat with me. I felt I wasted my money. Then I complained to the manager however the manager gave me attitude instead of solving the problem. Well I will never go back again.
