    the staff were pleasant enough, but they took a few days longer then promised to fix and deliver the car, and never notified me that the car would not be available at the pre-arranged time. There's nothing more annoying than businesses you can't trust to keep to the deadline, or at least can communicate clearly

    Amazing Job/ Keep up the great work.

    Keep doing the work that you are doing because it’s great. The work that was done to the car is fine. There is nothing that I can tell you to improve. The personnel that worked on the car did a great job. I’m really happy that you called and that you care about if I’m happy about my repairs. It’s nice to know that you’re not just about the repairs and that’s it. You care about developing a relationship, I have worked in customer service for 20 years and you are going beyond and I will definitely recommend you!

    Excellent Job!!

    Very friendly, I thought that the level of service was amazing I couldn’t have asked for a more seamless experience. Everyone was very helpful and the entire experience was exactly what every customer is looking for. They completed my repair in a very timely manner and kept in contact with me throughout the process which is very important, and I really appreciate that.

    Excellent Service

    I am very satisfied with the overall service of this company. I found them to be very responsive, quick and very detailed. They Provided lots of pictures in the estimate. One thing I really wanted to do was to pick up vehicle really late in the evening and they stayed open later than they normally do just to accomodate my schedule. I would definitely reccomend their shop to all of my friends and family.

    Nice Job

    My insurance company sent my car to be repaired at summit, They did over $15,000 worth of work to the front end and it was as good as new. The car looks perfect now! Good job, Friendly staff.

    Overspray all over my car

    They only had to touch up my hood and I ended up with overspray and a damaged window trim. They replaced the trim only to damage the paint around the window trim. The owner is not willing to work with me. I asked to meet with him and he refused. I am calling my insurance and taking my car to another shop to get repaired once in for all.
