    Amex is my favourite bank, been an Amex credit card holder for many years. Just love it.

    Over the last year they have not been able to resolve an issue, first of all someone phoned in and changed my passord and then proceeded to charge 20 + US Dollars to my card, I called and it was cancelled only it wasnt cancelled the first time this happened I was contacted by Amex and I thought we dealt with the issue that if any other charges were put to the card they would be rejected but lone behold here I am again in the same situation, They seemed to be unable incompedent or just plain dumb
