We called Greg to come look at a frozen sump pump outflow. He arrived within 30 minutes of my call, looked at our setup, and provided me with feedback. He explained I actually had two outflows both of which were plugged (one frozen, one due to another unknown blockage). He cleared both quickly and set me up for the balance of the winter. Greg was very professional, courteous, and answered all of my questions without judgment. I look forward to having him return for other projects in the future.
