Got there at 8:57...got order at 9am...got served at 9:30...there were another couple who got there 10 minutes later and was served before us...not impressed with the service...food was good...just making our bacon and eggs shouldn't have taken longer than the same order the other couple ordered!!!!! It was the first time going there and the last
Slowest service ever. It should not have taken 45 minutes for 2 breakfast especially while the restaurant was relatively slow. Waitresses aren't the most pleasant either. Also don't serve people who walked in 20 minutes after other customers first. I do not care who they are but they should not get their breakfasts within 10 minutes while others wait more than 30. NEVER EVER wasting my money on their slow service or bland food again.
My fiancé and I have breakfast at Auntie Jane's 2-3 times a month. The food is good and the price is fair. The service is always good and the staff is friendly and accommodating.
The food is made fresh daily, enjoy the specials and we eat with another couple...we all work late and this is just like home cooked meals without having to do the work and clean up.
They customize meals for me as I have dietary needs. They treat us like family... as we spend a lot of time here we have never seen or experienced any of the comments that I have read about on the reviews.
Bad service..Bad management, unprofessional service. If they say they are good people..perhaps don't be rude to customers..because this is not how a professional establisment should be. Food was not the greatest.
Went there for the first time August 29th, 2012 on a Sunday. Rest of the family got the all you can eat buffet for $12 which I regret not getting, due to the large selection (specifically unlimited bacon). I choose a poutine and milk shake. The poutine was huger than expected and was well worth the 5-6$. It's definitely cheap and good food. Very nice atmosphere and a great place to stop if you're on the way to/from town.
Beeing on the road alot i find myself in some of the best restaurant in North America. However this place is terrible. Let me explain. I've actually been coming here for about 7 years and it make me sad to see a good place gone very bad. Last week i've been there for the very last time. I ordered the liver and onions because i liked it there. When i received my order the plate was a pure mess and the grease was pretty much oozing off te sides, the thing is that i was told that the OWNER was cooking now if i'm the owner of a restaurant don't you think i would TRY to bring the best food possible to the plate. Also if you go there my bet would be that you see a new cook there every week. I think if you get a good meal there it was most likely a fluke. And i agree with the post before me these people sould be out of business (can just imagine what there kitchen looks like). Way to keep North bay on the map guys. Hopefully if you get enough bad reviews you will listen and do something..
This Place is a joke. Food was cold waitress was miserable and the owner looked like a slob and was very rude. I never hear staff swear so much in my life. Come on folks i know it's a truck stop but language like that well there's still kids that go there you figure it out. The only good thing about that visit was the anticipation that i was leaving soon. Keep up the terrible job maybe someone will shut this place down so real restaurants in North Bay will have a chance.

Very simple food but is good, hot when brought to table, service is quick and is inexpensive. Nothing fancy but a good breakfast for a good price.
Busy place but always able to get served in a timely manner. No issues regarding cleanliness, would eat there again. Strange how one reviewer can access cook's work area, sounds like an ex-employee!!
Great breakfast special,large portions,great service.I'd eat there again.I think the last reviewer should give it another chance,while the setting is the same,food and service is quite good,although your results may vary depending on the cook and server.

the food was over done and the owner had no clean work areas in the back which i found very distubing for a very slow and easy day for any cook i would never eat there again. if it were up to me i would shut that place down for being so dirty.
