NEWS is AWESOME. Great staff and great environment. So clean and inviting unlike the rest of those so called Wellness clinics. You need wellness and care this is the place. Trust me you wont be disappointed. Already have booked all massages for the year. Great job NEWS, finally a great clinic you can rely on.

My search is over ...I love this place it meets all my beauty needs Best manicure ? & pedicure ever !!! I have tired every place in Niagara Falls for shellac manicure ? and a pedicure and been disappointed... Took me 3 yrs of living in Niagara Falls but have found the best place sooo clean !!!! Soo comfortable all the employees are freindly and nice and happy to see you ... And there’ work on nails feet facials Botox fillers massages are amazing my new favourite place will continue going

Massage therapists are all fantastic, I love deep tissue massage and they can deliver , had the best pedicure , it was my first and definitely not my last . They direct billed my massage session as well . I will recommend this wellness spa as everyone is professional, the office is beautiful and clean . A must visit for services .

Disappointing

I spend a lot on spas. My visit here was extremely disappointing to be honest. I felt from the minute you walked in the receptionist was quite miserable and rude. I visit my daughter and daughter in law from the USA. Expecting to have the treatment of an upper class spa seemed to replaced by lower class service to be truthful. I have had more pleasurable humble service from smaller nail salons. The cost does not reflect what you pay for. You arrive and get excuses disappointing.

Found my new getaway, love it here very reasonable price for the pedicure. Very thorough service. Will be trying other services soon, thanks!

Didn't receieve what I asked for, showed some young inexperienced lady a picture of what my daughter wanted, and received the complete opposite, and was given no heads up as to whether or not she was doing this or her own opinion on what she thought looked good, which was the complete opposite of what was asked for, so disappointed for what i was given, AND was charged an extra 10$ on top of what I was told it would be. Overall, don't go here, inexperienced.
