UPS Customer Centres

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. There is absolutely no accountability and there is zero communication between the customer service and the working centres. They didn’t have my address and didn’t care to get it when I called & updated the address I told him to hold the parcel for pick up right away but I went to pick it up they had still shipped it out I travel for 45 minutes one-way for nothing the next day when I called back they Said it’s at wearehouse,

I have been waiting for a shipment since a week, drive comes never ring the bell, leave a note and depart. this happened 3 times. called call center 6 times with now proper answer, application is not working. worst company.

Worst service EVER. Avoid shipping using this company if u can. Will not get ur package

I would not give any stars if I could. The note said it was delivered twice to me when nobody came. I stayed home for that reason for two days since it was originally delayed. At the end of the day I had to call them and chase my package down. I decided to go and pick it up to avoid any other false 'deliveries'
