F Rating. WORST Repair / Customer Service Experience that I've EVER had IN MY LIFE. I've purchased at least 50 electronics items & I've had at least a dozen of them serviced at different authorized repair facilities after the factory warranty expires. This was my first time at MyTech Electronics in Square One, and my LAST time EVER at ANY of their locations. I wish I had checked the BBB rating of "F" before I contacted them. Everything was rotten from the beginning: I was promised that this was a quick $40 fix & I'd have my item back within the same week. What transpired was a 5 - 6 week circus of lies and deceit: - No response to repeated emails / phone calls about the progress of the repair. - 1 technician LYING for another, and stating that the one responsible for the repair was ABSENT, even while I was calling from about 50 feet away and could SEE him. - When I visited later & asked to see what progress had been made on the repair, I couldn't see my item when I asked. The technician would simply say that "it's in pieces & I can't show it to you. It's just all over the place right now". - The technician offered to REPAIR and to SELL my item online, and when I asked for the online sales post to see it for myself, he FAILED and REFUSED to provide it. - When I FINALLY did receive the item back, it was MORE defective than when I had submitted it, 6 weeks prior! I didn't discover for just over 14 days (while the item was OFF & NOT BEING USED). I returned IMMEDIATELY to the repair facility to report it, the same technician refused to believe that the item was defective, even when invited to test it for himself. He then accused me of lying, and REFUSED TO EVEN REPAIR it. Absolute GARBAGE, this place needs to be SHUT DOWN NOW!!
