WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
A very unpleasant experience with the manager - Marlin Travel Mississauga location (inside Square One). We had gone to request a package for Cuba, and received unexpected behaviour. The person was very harsh in his tone and rude in telling us things. He didn't care to explain us anything and was not giving any room for discussing our travel plans. Rather than discussing about our queries, we were told to go back and decide and come back if we want to book even though we gave him the exact dates.
