Extremely poor business practice

I have never created an account just to write a review. I called about getting a written quote to be submitted to corporate and this guy who answered instantly became rude. Told me "send an email in with exactly what you need, I don't know when we will reply, it all depends." I said that's okay and before I can finish, he hung up! It is not like the line went dead because I can hear him hung up on me. If this is how they treat potential clients, they should never do business.
