In 2017 I bought a LED/LCD TV, MODEL 55H6607 from Hisense. A month after purchasing it, it began giving us errors on the screen that we need to download an update for it. However, every time we begin downloading the update it would stop downloading at 40% and would say the download failed. This error comes up every time we turn on the TV and continues to pop up right in the middle of the screen two times after. We have tried to contact Hisense in regards to this issue and they were not helpful
