On April 10. 2015...
On April 10. 2015, Rico had a soft opening, introducing a compact selection of the menu. I reviewed the items and decided to order the Adriatic pizza. WOW!!! To me this pizza was authenti Italian. It`s unevenly shaped, thin, well done crust and the "just enough" of each ingredient, sparked memories of pizza I enjoyed while vacationing in Florence, Italy. To Rico and his staff. If this pizza is any indication of the culinary creations you`ll be offering, I see myself becoming a repeat customer
