    CASH is king! Questionable practices, poor workmanship and dishonest! Owner takes shortcuts in fixing cars. Prefers cash deals to avoid accountability. Most cars out front are owned by him to enhance his image. I had the same experience. He promises to pay back, but DOES NOT!

    I am a supplier in this business and I have dealt with Northend Bodyshop for many years now and in this many years - I have never had an issue with bills being paid on time. It's been nothing but a pleasure to deal with them. It is unfortunate these days because of technology people find it easy to write negative reviews because they can hide behind a computer instead of dealing with "issues" face to face.

    The BEST Body Shop in London!!!

    I had a great experience having my car repaired at this body shop. My car was repaired in a timely fashion and it looks brand new. Family members that did not know I had an accident did not even notice any repairs. The staff were professional and the owner was very helpful. He even offered a loaner car during the time my car was in for repair. Also, the quote was the best I got around town. I highly recommend this body shop.

    NOT RECOMMENDED

    The owner treated me terribly, lost my future business and at least $2000 worth of business from my family in the next couple months. When I brought this to his attention, his answer was: "I don't care about your business." Who says that to paying customers? For a body shop where I am sure most bills are at least $300, not having a proper car and client registration (did not write an estimate to sign, or take personal information), invoicing (did not provide a receipt until I requested one) or payment system in place (only takes cash or cheque); and considering the poor treatment I received as a customer, I am a little skeptical about the integrity of this business and its owner.
