Dr. Jack and his staff are professional in all aspects but most of all, a genuine care for animals. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Dr. Jack and his staff are knowledgeable, courteous and friendly and handle their patients and their carers with great care and compassion. I would not hesitate to recommend the services provided by this clinic.

Extremely unaccommodating. Had to change vets because I couldn’t get an appointment within their posted hours. If the regular vet needs to be off they should probably find a vet who can work the hours they claim to have.

Friendly but professional. The vet had quite clearly reviewed the files sent by our previous Vet Clinic and was familiar with both dogs medical histories. He was calm and friendly, especially with my younger, more reactive dog. The examining rooms are great. The floors look more stone like so the dogs were not slipping on tile or linoleum and the bench, attached to the floor, was sturdy. I liked the idea of the examination table being out of the way when not needed. Great new vet!

From the time you walk through the door, until the time you leave, you know you are in great hands. The staff are super friendly, very knowledgable, and caring. Dr. Jack is most attentive and not only gives you and your pet superior service he and his staff also set you up for successful pet care by teaching you the proper skills to go home and take care of your pets needs. Can't say enough about the wonderful treatment both our pet and our family have had so far. They deserve a 10.

Dr. Jack is great, and the rest of the staff are very friendly. Educating owners of their choices so they can make the best decisions seems to be of top priority, which I appreciate.
