We had an issue with one on the bedrooms in our home. It was inadvertently locked and we were unable to correct it. We called Fast Local Lock and they were in our house the next day in the morning and fixed the issue promptly. The fee was reasonable and our serviceman Benjamin, explained what occurred and what he did to resolve the problem. He was very courteous, helpful, and interested in our questions. Very good experience in a situation that isnt want you want to happen.
