    Horrible customer service!! You can never even speak to someone! Don’t waste your time with this company !

    By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We put a deposit on the granite counter and agreed the remaining balance would be paid in full once the granite was installed. Got a call from the owner stating she wants the full payment the next day or they would not come the following week to install. If you like being belittled and threatened to take your deposit away, this company is the way to go.
