The management reminds you of how smart they are, and if you have a suggestion they didn't think of..they will shoot it down and a month later they will suggest the same thing to the owner and get praised for it. Back-stabbing ego manic managers. Don't trust them,especially the woman manager. Two-faced snot that should never be a manager. These managers are not mentors to anybody. They lie, steal your ideas as there own and the owner treats them like gold.
