This is the worst location i have ever dealt with in my life of renting cars. I made my reservation with the central location who confirmed i could leave a cash depsit. Arrived there from winnipeg and they refused to rent us a car with cash because we were not from hamilton. They had absolutely no care in the world to help us and left myself my partner and our 2 small children stranded with no way to get around. The manager was horrible and i would never recommend this place to anyone ever!!!!!
