Waited almost 2 hours for our appointment that we booked days in advance, sloppy techs, rude manager and overall very displeased with the service. We were told one price but then techs kept adding on without mentioning that it would cost more. All my nails are different shapes and you can see bubbles in the shellac.
Always super friendly and professional! I often drop in and the ladies will always fit me in or ask me to pop back in an hour. I get a shellac manacure done on my own nails as it keeps them from breaking at work. I am always happy with how they look and the service I receive. Thank you ladies!!
Awful ! I got my nails done here and they looked awful - so I called to make an appt to get them redone , they told me to come in at 5 and I showed up at 10 to 5 and the place was closed - lights off doors locked
I just went to get my nails done for my wedding and it was the worst manicure I've had in my life. They look terrible. There is shellac all over my cuticle and bubbles in the shellac. My nails were long and even and she hacked them off and made them uneven. She was very rough. I will have to get them redone. I wish I could post a picture of how bad they are. I am not one to post bad reviews. This is the first bad review I've ever posted. To make it worse it was the manager who did my nails.
This is my favourite place to go and get my nails done! They are super friendly and they always try to get to know you. If you have an issue with your nails, they will ALWAYS fix them for free! Best nail salon in Guelph!
I absolutely love this nail salon! The staff are so polite and I'm really happy with my nails. There was so much nail colours to chose from, I recommend!
They shouldn't even get 1 star, they are terrible. The lady doing my nails told me that the prices listed on the wall were wrong and charged me more. They use dull nail clippers that rip your nails so they end up jagged and uneven. I've been to many nail salons and have never had any problems. I want to caution people about going to this nail salon.
Had a horrible experience here! Staff are unprofessional and rude ushering you to the nearest palate to pick a colour and rushing you through the process. Colour palettes are old and the colours have changed. I picked a light pink but when she brought the bottle over it was a neon pink.I asked to clarify if it was the right colour I was informed it was and told "the palates are old". The girl doing my nails then proceeded to talk to another girl in an another language mocking me for questioning the colour difference. When my nail got smudged she repeatedly made her frustrations clear. Before my manicure was over I was already being kicked out of my seat and told they would finish up while I was in another seat. This by far has been my WORST customer service experience and I would deter anyone from entertaining this horrible business.
Went here based on a recommendation from a classmate of mine who ALWAYS has beautiful nails. Personally, I am not one for extravagant nail art and opted for gel nails/ a french manicure.
I am very, very impressed with the service and the atmosphere of the place. I got gel nails for the first time and the lady working on my nails was superb! She was a huge perfectionist, which I loved.
The women are friendly and chatty, but not overly so.Again - a good atmosphere...and clean!

Went with my mother ... felt rushed .. my mom's nails are not even ... I have no paint on my nails on one side .. they didn't ask us to wash our hands at all.. any other nail place we went to they have always asked us to wash our hands.. they push other products on you that u don't want .. seemed they always rushed. . To busy with other people.. I had the demeal used on me..but not my mother ... they didn't ask us if we wanted a different type .. she didn't tell us that there was a charge for white tips .. there prices were good .. but I went from 30 .. to 80 dollars within minutes and didn't know about it till the end.. I wouldn't recommend this place at all .. I won't be going back ..
Nails were unpropationatly shaped, didn't match looked unprofessionally done anythin either made a comment without understanding she went to change the shapes again. Looks real bad will not visit store again.
Quality service, friendly staff. I go regularly to get my UV gel nails filled and painted! They have very talented and creative staff if you want something different or designed on your nails. Highly suggested!!
