Nice One Nails

This a clean salon and with a nice atmosphere. However customer service and the willingness to attain and retain customer loyalty is severely lacking! First to note is this salon is no longer called Nice One Nails. There has apparently been a company name change that has not been reflected in their outside signage or online. Apparently the previous owner has died and the the salon is now under New Management. Having said that, please note: ANY GIFT CARD THAT WAS PURCHASED UNDER THE OLD SAL

Horrible. Got infection on two fingers. They did not care. Owner is horrible. All the girls that were great - left.

Ok let me start off by saying that I have been to MANY nail salons in Toronto but this place..? This place is the BEST. From the moment u walk in ure greeted with happy faces. Literally everyone looks over and says hi with a big smile. I've done manis, pedis, shellac, bio gel, eyebrows.... and all the girls have been outstanding. So outstanding that I haven't been able to choose one girl to be loyal to so I never book with one specific girl! Linda, Jessica, Kaya, Susan... they're all artists!!!
