This franchise do...

This franchise does not honor gift certificates or keep his commitments. Bought a pizza for $40.00 and gave them a cert. which was not honored. I requested a credit as we would never have gone to this location if we had to pay cash, We asked for compensation for their not living up to their obligations and giving us a cold pizza as it took awhile to discuss the payment and were told no way by both head office and the location. I would recommend going elsewhere. Not a happy customer
