I walked in and was told they were closing in 10 minutes, so they refused to see me. However, the nurse at the desk did apologize for the inconvenience though - with her back turned to me when she did so. Also, during my previous visit a nurse made it abundantly clear she was almost off her shift stabbed both my arms repeatedly trying to draw blood - she just walked out and said her shift was finished and someone else would help me.
