Excellent service, friendly people, our double-queen room had a big refrigerator and a microwave the beds are comfortable, very quiet room. we would go back to this motel again
Had been evacuated due to the #brantfordflood drove there to book a room for my husband and daughter got charged 120$ - and had to leave my husbands native status card as collateral ..? then on my way home, I got notified we didnt need a motel as we can stay at family friends. I turned around ( was gone MAYBE 10 min ) to go back. I asked for my $$ back as I haventeven set a foot in or seen the room, for the manager to SPIT on his own counter threw 50.00$ at me and yell at me til I backed out.
Terrible - it is cold and I have no heat (Oct. 28/17) Wall socket shorted out and they won't call electrician - too much money the owner say! Same thing with the in-room phone = no phone. The owners harass residents who rent by the month at outrageous fees and they charge everyone different. They are rude and so disrespectful to customers and their cleaning staff. They can't afford repairs or heat, cheap with the linens and towels too. They cry poor us but they own 5 vehicles for a family of 4.
