With decades in the automotive industry, Russel has a great deal of experience with auto repair. Starting out as a car jockey and progressing to service manager, Russel has learned the importance of exceptional customer service in an industry stigmatized by dishonesty.
"A lot of shops won't fix something until it's completely broken, even if they notice the problem earlier," Russel explains. "That way, the customer has to keep coming back and they keep getting paid. We don't do that. In my opinion, the best way to earn loyal customers is to be honest with them and provide great service."
With this dedication to excellent customer service, Russel opened R2 Auto Repairs Inc. in 2012. Focusing on general repairs and maintenance, Russel guarantees customer satisfaction.
"In terms of auto repair, we handle anything and everything," explains Russel. "If the damage is extensive and we can't fix it, we will recommend our customers to a shop that can. The customer is always our top priority."
