Orbit Satellites

Don't make the mistake that one star implies Orbit cared or even tried to meet my customer need. We hade a confirmed appointment for their services to setup an Xplornet service. I travelled 500 km return to make this appointment on a weekend, five hours of driving, and they just didn't care to show up. That is my customer-service-moment-of-truth with this company.

Somehow my first review has been taken down. Here we go again. Essentially left me waiting for a full day acter appointment booked for over a week. Owner did not follow up with me. I had to follow up with him. He did not show up. Lots of excuses. Terrible service and does not take accountability for it. It's a shame!
