Eastern Overhead Doors

Bought a new garage door panel & seal. It was damaged took 5 weeks to get new one, received it with no seal so I called Scott he said he checked the box and the seal was there i thought that’s funny the box was factory sealed. He also insists the seal wasn’t there when I returned the original piece. So he is accusing me of keeping two seals. I have a new panel that I have put a old seal on so if I was trying so scam him why would I use an old seal. They called me a liar which I don’t appreciate

Very good service. The spring on our garage door broke. The repair man was here within an hour of calling. He assessed the problem, returned to the shop to get the part required made up, retuned and repaired the door within an other hour and explained the warranty. The price was reasonable.
