Not satisfied!

Myself and 3 friends decided to get a house together, and the landlord who owns the house is using this company to manage their house. Well we all have no been satisfied with the agent that is managing the house. We were told that many things would get done before the move in date and they were not done at all ex.. burnt out lights would be changed and weren't, garbage and belongings from the previous tenants were not cleaned up after being told they would be, the locks were not changed had to ask her 3 times to get them changed, she told us that if we bought paint we would be reimbursed (no limit given at time) we bought the paint painted and gave her the receipt and then she complained that 232 dollars was to much and that wasnt the limit... the shower has been cold (no hot water) and she still after knowing for a week has not dealt with it. There is much more but still, not happy with this company or the agent...
