I cant believe the comments left by two others...my experience was just the opposite...the staff couldnt have been friendlier

The orange skin lady at the front desk let out an exhale and rolled her eyes when I told her that I had never done salon tanning. She told me that I would need to purchase the 1 month unlimited tanning and go in every 2nd day to notice any difference.This came as a surprise to me as I have friends with a similar skin tone that have went in once a week, five times and have noticeably tanner skin. It was clear that this lady was trying to take advantage of my inexperience and make $. I left.

I've purchased about 5 months worth of unlimited services. Most of the staff act like I am doing them a favour by being there. I get the feeling I am in their way when utilizing services I pay for and they are happy to see me leave.

horrendous customer service. no manners, seemed genuinely annoyed to have paying customers.
